Pregnancy pushes your body nearly as much as extreme endurance sports. Speeding up recovery after delivery, the peak of this marathon event, is a crucial part in enjoying a healthier motherhood journey for you, your baby and your family.
SRC Recovery garments aid in the treatment of
- C-section wounds,
- Perineal trauma
- Episiotomy wounds.
They also treat multiple postpartum conditions such as
- Abdominal muscle separation (Diastasis Rectus Abdominus Muscle DRAM)
- Lower back pain.
Designed in consultation with an obstetrician for the ultimate in comfort and functionality, SRC Recovery Shorts - mini provide the support you need to heal and move more freely post-delivery
How it works:
The gentle compression promotes supporting pressure to the pelvis, back and abdominal muscles improving your mobility and will actually help you regain your pre-baby body shape. Mobility is the key. By activating the core muscles with gentle compression this provides support and stimulates strengthening of the abdominal muscles facilitating muscle recovery.
Unique SRC garment technology enables muscular activity and promotes muscle stimulation. This is not possible if you choose a corset, girdle, or rigid support garment. From day 1 you can be confident in the knowledge that your SRC recovery mini shorts are doing their job even when you’re not active.
SRC recovery shorts allow easier mobilization post-delivery and makes lifting, feeding, bathing and caring for your baby much easier. SRC pregnancy recovery mini shorts fit like a second skin, the gentle compression helps you get mobile sooner after both a vaginal or C-section delivery by facilitating faster central fluid loss and swelling.
SRC compression garments provide gentle compression to a wound area. Whether you have C-section delivery or stitches/tears to the perineum the SRC Recovery mini shorts reduce wound tension and promotes a much faster and safer recovery.

Sizing & Measurement:
Correct measurement for our garments is crucial. As they are medical garments they may not always correlate to general/fashion clothing sizes. General fashion sizes also vary drastically by country and by brand (we find that an Australian XS can equate to a S or even M in American sizes) so we strongly recommend you have someone else take your measurements and use this guide to size yourself up.
