NDIS Registered Provider

Metro Baby is an NDIS Registered Provider (Provider No: 4-GNT4TKB) that helps support those with a significant and/or permanent disability, their families and carers Australia wide. Our NDIS services are open to all NDIS participants with an approved plan.

As a NDIS registered provider, Metro Baby supports the entire journey throughout your disability. Metro Baby provides quality products while recognising the diversity, choice and need of each and every individual.

Placing your NDIS Order

Meto Baby can assist NDIS Participants with their orders based on all NDIS plan types:

  • Self Managed: invoices are processed by yourself
  • Plan Managed: invoices are processed by your Plan Manager
  • NDIA Managed: we process your invoice through the NDIS Portal. Invoices will be emailed when orders are fulfilled.

To start your NDIS order, simply browse the Metro Baby website and decide which items you would like to purcahse. Once you are ready to confirm your order, follow the appropriate instructions below.

1. Self Managed

Proceed to checkout and make payment. Please reply to order confirmation email and request an invoice for you to make a claim with the NDIS.

If you prefer to submit an invoice to be paid by the NDIS first, email info@metro-baby.com.au with the below:

  • Name of NDIS Participant
  • NDIS Participant number
  • Mention you are Self Managed
  • Items you would like to purchase
  • Shipping address

We will then send an invoice to you (for payment to be arranged) and your order will be fulfilled once payment has been made.

    2. Plan Managed

    Email info@metro-baby.com.au with the below:

    • Name of NDIS Participant
    • NDIS Participant number
    • Mention you are Plan Managed
    • Items you would like to purchase
    • Shipping address
    • Plan manager's email address for invoice to be sent

    We will then send an invoice to your plan manager on your behalf. Your order will be fulfilled once payment has been made.

    3. NDIA Managed

    Send an email to info@metro-baby.com.au with the below:

    • Name of NDIS Participant
    • Mention you are NDIA Managed
    • Items you would like to purchase

    We will then email you to complete a Service Agremenet and process your order through the NDIS Portal. Once this has been approved by the NDIS, we will fulfil your order.
