Designed in consultation with an obstetrician for the ultimate in comfort and functionality, SRC Recovery Shorts - mini provide the support you need to heal and move more freely post-delivery
How it works:
The gentle compression promotes supporting pressure to the pelvis, back and abdominal muscles improving your mobility and will actually help you regain your pre-baby body shape. Mobility is the key. By activating the core muscles with gentle compression this provides support and stimulates strengthening of the abdominal muscles facilitating muscle recovery.
Unique SRC garment technology enables muscular activity and promotes muscle stimulation. This is not possible if you choose a corset, girdle, or rigid support garment. From day 1 you can be confident in the knowledge that your SRC recovery mini shorts are doing their job even when you’re not active.
SRC recovery shorts allow easier mobilization post-delivery and makes lifting, feeding, bathing and caring for your baby much easier. SRC pregnancy recovery mini shorts fit like a second skin, the gentle compression helps you get mobile sooner after both a vaginal or C-section delivery by facilitating faster central fluid loss and swelling.
SRC compression garments provide gentle compression to a wound area. Whether you have C-section delivery or stitches/tears to the perineum the SRC Recovery mini shorts reduce wound tension and promotes a much faster and safer recovery.

Sizing & Measurement:
Correct measurement for our garments is crucial. As they are medical garments they may not always correlate to general/fashion clothing sizes. General fashion sizes also vary drastically by country and by brand (we find that an Australian XS can equate to a S or even M in American sizes) so we strongly recommend you have someone else take your measurements and use this guide to size yourself up.

Belly Bandit Original
Regular price $89.95 Sale price $49.95 Save $40.00Over a decade ago, we introduced our doctor-recommended Belly Bandit® Belly Wraps to help slim and support your belly, waist and hips post-delivery. We were inspired by the centuries-old tradition of postpartum belly binding and modernized this age-old practice for today's mums
Our world famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we!
Our Power Compress Core™ applies targeted compression, which may help:
The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with constant pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. (If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.)
Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.
We recommend wearing your Belly Wrap immediately post-delivery, for a minimum of 6-10 weeks. However, many women find wrapping to be effective long after this initial period. If you're breastfeeding, the hormone relaxin may stay in your system longer, giving you even more time to benefit from postpartum compression. Some cultures bind up to a year post delivery!
If you have any concerns about being "too late" for the Belly Bandit Belly Wrap, we encourage you to check out our Mother Tucker® Shapewear Collection. The Mother Tucker line features compression tanks, leggings, shorts, and our popular Mother Tucker Corset.

Pregnancy Mini - Over the Bump
Can’t stand for longer than 2 minutes? Having difficulty just walking around the house? Dealing with increased pressure and heaviness in your groin?
Not to mention all of the stuff that no one warned you about like - low back pain, sciatic nerve pain, pelvic pain (SIJ, Symphysis Pubis pain) or vulval and varicose veins.
Designed in consultation with an obstetrician for the ultimate in comfort and functionality SRC Pregnancy Leggings - Over the Bump are specifically designed to help you get back to enjoying your pregnancy
How it work:
SRC Pregnancy Garments have been specifically designed to support your ‘baby carrying pelvis’ and reduce the stress placed on it through your pregnancy. This allows you to stay at work for longer, helps you get back on your feet and move around more easily and just generally makes you feel like yourself again.
Patented Anatomical Support Panels (ASP) in the SRC Pregnancy Garments deliver targeted compression, ideal for treating multiple conditions like lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain and mild varicose veins as well as vulvar varicosities.
They provide support to the pelvic area through gentle yet constant compression, activating muscles and encouraging core stability, reducing swelling and muscle fatigue.
The ASP deliver True Cross Compression (TCC) as each layer within the panel is cut on a different plane so that during activity no compression is lost at any time.
The triple layer compression ASP including the gusset panel, have been shown to significantly help with the pressure associated with vulval veins.
The research and development of our fabric was extensive as we wanted to ensure that it provided support and comfort with no feeling of restriction. Our uniquely milled fabric goes through rigorous independent testing to ensure that it is of the highest quality and can stretch and return to its original shape consistently after wash and wear to provide you with optimal performance and a longer lasting garment.
To make sure we deliver this we decided to test our fabric against one of the leading compression brands in the marketplace to assess whether the compression properties were sustained after multiple washes and how this compared to the other brand.

Perineum Ice and Heat Pack
Regular price $27.99 Save $-27.99
As a new/pregnant mum, you need to prepare for your recovery in the weeks after having a baby and giving birth.
You will be quite sore and tender in your vaginal/ perineal area!
If you’re thinking about self-care after baby, great! It can be easy to get so preoccupied in planning for the baby that you neglect to plan for your own healing and recovery.
Postpartum healing will require a few different tools to help soothe the pain, reduce swelling and offer some relief to any tears, stitched areas, or swollen.
Postpartum ice packs reduce swelling and soothe sore and tender areas — helping you feel more comfortable in the days after childbirth, so you can enjoy time with your newborn! There are major benefits to using ice packs specifically designed for postpartum women.
Even after a vaginal birth without tears, the entire perineal area and rectum will be swollen after birth, and you'll likely feel discomfort in the area for around three to five weeks.
After pushing baby, no matter how long for, you will be a bit swollen. If you need any stitches or have torn, chances are you will be a bit sore and experience perineum discomfort for even longer. Our peri gel pads can really assist in offering some relief.
Perineal cool pads are an essential for use postpartum to cool and soothe your perineum and help any postpartum soreness you may experience.
When the perineum gel pad is heated, it can be also used while in the second stage of labour to reduce perineal tears when pressed against the perineal area (ask your medical team if you're unsure how to correctly apply)
When frozen, the perineal ice pack provides soothing, cooling relief to the perineal area which may be irritated, swollen and tender from childbirth
The perineal ice pack can also be used to give instant relief from vaginal irritations and inflamed haemorrhoids, or to treat Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD).
The pack can be heated or cooled.
Each pack comes with a one perineum ice/heat pack and 5 x disposable covers.
Use the sleeves provided and do not apply the packs directly to the skin.
To clean, wash with warm soapy water.
