Please collect your order during our opening hours: 7 days a week, 10:00am-5:00pm.

• Click & collect orders are typically ready for collection within 12 hours (if items are in stock). For bulky furniture items, please allow up to 3 business days.
• If an ordered item is not available for click & collect, you will be notified by email as soon as possible 
• When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirmation. Please show this email to collect your order.
• Visiting our store prior to receiving a pick-up email for collection may result in your item not being ready for collection.
