• Machine washable. For best results place pads in the washable bag provided. Dry flat, do not bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean. Store in a cool dry place.

• We recommend 2-3 packs for those with a heavy let down or over supply! This way you can keep some in the wash, some in your bag and have enough to change them throughout the day. 
• Always wash them in the washbag provided to ensure they remain super soft
