Janod is a French brand specialising in the creation of traditional toys and games from wood and cardboard.

The Rain Stick from Janod is one of many in the Pure range ready to delight and fascinate children. Natural wooden timber is complimented by the soft pastel water colours of the Pure range depicting nature images. Tip the rainstick from end to end to hear the soothing pitter patter effects and be mesmerised by the little balls as they tumble over each other to the bottom, only to start again when tilted the other way. Easy for childrens small hands to grasp, the perspex centre allows a perfect view of the how the calming noise is created, fostering a sense of rhythm and engagment of their surroundings.

  • Suitable for 6 months and above
  • Dimensions: 6.4cm x 6.4cm x 19cm
All Janod toys are designed in France and manufactured to strict quality and safety standards, meeting both European and Australian requirements.

      great toy

This is a really sweet little toy, my little one loves watching the beads drop and the sound is really soothing for her. She loves it!

      Rainstick

This is a really nice toy, well made and solid. It’s a little heavy for very little hands who can hit themselves with it. Probably best for bubs that are sitting up.

      In case it stops raining

Nicely made with gentle rain sound. The 5 month old has dropped it on her head a few times so it may be something to buy for slightly older baby when they are more dexterous.
