Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is a rich source of nutrients that may help strengthen uterine muscles, tone the pelvic floor in preparation for childbirth and support breast milk supply!

Research has shown that pregnant women who drink raspberry leaf tea regularly in the later stages of pregnancy may experience a shorter second stage of labor (pushing stage) compared to those who don’t.
You can continue to enjoy this nourishing leaf tea after birth, as it may help reduce blood loss, tone the uterus and support breast milk production.

How Many Packs Do I Need?

Most mothers-to-be find that 2 packs of raspberry leaf tea are sufficient for the last couple of months of pregnancy. The general recommendation is to start with one cup a day from 32-33 weeks pregnant.

Our tea is made from 100% certified organic raspberry leaves. Each 40g pack provides approximately 40 servings of organic red raspberry leaf tea.

Always check with a medical professional before starting to drink the tea as each pregnancy is different.
