Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is a rich source of nutrients that may help strengthen uterine muscles, tone the pelvic floor in preparation for childbirth and support breast milk supply!

Research has shown that pregnant women who drink raspberry leaf tea regularly in the later stages of pregnancy may experience a shorter second stage of labor (pushing stage) compared to those who don’t.
You can continue to enjoy this nourishing leaf tea after birth, as it may help reduce blood loss, tone the uterus and support breast milk production.

How Many Packs Do I Need?

Most mothers-to-be find that 2 packs of raspberry leaf tea are sufficient for the last couple of months of pregnancy. The general recommendation is to start with one cup a day from 32-33 weeks pregnant.

Our tea is made from 100% certified organic raspberry leaves. Each 40g pack provides approximately 40 servings of organic red raspberry leaf tea.

Always check with a medical professional before starting to drink the tea as each pregnancy is different.

Please note it may contain traces of gluten and/or nuts due to shared packing machinery.

What is a Peri Bottle Used for? 

The peri bottle is used for rinsing your perineum with warm water after you give birth. The small holes in the spout give you a gentle spray of water – offering relief from that awful sting if you're recovering from a tear, have stitches or are swollen. 

We're not going to sugarcoat it: Your vag will be sore, possibly torn, possibly stitched, and peeing will make it feel like it's on fire.  Our Peri Bottle will be a LIFESAVER.

Do you use a peri bottle after C section?

The location of your incision makes bending over difficult and mobility limited, so have an Upside Down Peri Bottle to help with cleanup without putting pressure or soreness on the wound site. 

The Upside Down design is practical and includes a narrow neck for a targeted and continuous stream of relief to the intended spot.

Pack our portable peri bottle in your hospital bag and use it in that first post birth bathroom trip to make it less scary and easier, as well in the first few days and weeks after giving birth. Included is a carry bag for so it can be discreet.
