For baby #1 we made do with a white noise app on our phones. After buying the Nod, I can’t believe we tolerated those tinny sounds for so long! I LOVE this machine. It’s nice looking, small & lightweight if we need to take it somewhere , has an adjustable light which can create a lovely soft glow (rather than a glaring bring light), and a good selection of sounds. Yogasleep’s ‘white noise’ is apparently closer to a pink noise, and it’s very soothing. I suspect we’ll be using it for our own sleep long after the kids have grown out of it 😊
