Directions of use:

Designed to be worn on fully healed wounds only. Commence usage for 4-8 hours a day and gradually increase to 24 hours for best results. The recommended treatment duration is 8 weeks for new scars and 12-24 weeks for existing scars. Each sheet is designed to last up to 4 weeks, for a total therapy time of 12 weeks.

Our sizing is based on standard Australian maternity sizing. As a general rule, your postpartum measurements will resemble those in the second trimester. If you wear a Medium in your maternity pants or tops, we recommend you purchase a Medium of our Support Brief or Bra. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller of the two sizes as our garments are very stretchy.

Still unsure about what size you are? Simply measure your body with a tape measurer to find out. The chest measurement (A) is taken across the fullest part of your bust, preferably while wearing a bra. The hip measurement (B) is taken around the fullest part of your hips.

To Cool freeze for 1 hour or submerge in icy water.

To Heat microwave for 10 seconds or submerge in hot water.

Directions to use:

1) Fill the bottle with cool or lukewarm water. For more soothing relief, add our all-natural Sitz Bath to the water.
2. Extend the nozzle firmly and screw the cap on securely. Invert the bottle and aim the tip towards the affected area.
